HELLO, friends! If you haven’t noticed, my monthly favorites posts have been kinda lag-y. I can blame that on the bad weather, (which means bad lighting) how busy I’ve been lately, or my problem with procrastination. But we’re just gonna call this a lucky post. Being that my lucky number is 13, and today is the 13th!
Soooooo, without further ado, let’s do the damn thing.
The first thing I’m gonna talk to y’all about are these shoes. They pretty much came back from the dead. Why do I say that? I wore them out on NYE in San Francisco and they were basically black. But with a little (lot) of elbow grease and shoe cleaner, I brought these babies back to life. They’re great and they add a unique element to outfits – never doubt the Wolf Grey. Here is a link to snatch them up for yourself!
By now, you should know I’m definitely a music guy. My best friend turned me onto Vampire Weekend and I really haven’t looked back since. I found this limited edition, record store day release and couldn’t resist. (I actually got her a matching one cause I’m super cool.) The 12″ single is Step, and includes a remix and instrumental version of the song.
As a man who strictly wore skinny pants for many years, this next favorite surprises even me. These Levis’s 511’s (slim fit) are what most girls would call a “boyfriend fit.” Fitted in the thigh, and slim down the leg – and these also have worn details like ripped knees and worn in pockets. Super fun outfitting a looser pair of jeans, it’s just a refreshing change. I cuff them for a more laid back look. I picked these up at Urban Outfitters.
If you love iced coffee as much as me, this is a muuuust have! The Zoku iced coffee maker is a lifesaver for people (me) who don’t have a lot of time in the morning. Especially those who’d rather not water their coffee down with a cup full of ice. It works exceptionally well with both coffee and espresso shots. The cup comes apart in pieces, and you freeze the base for 8+ hours, pour fresh brewed coffee inside, wait a few minutes, and it’s ice cold! You can find it here, and the red is actually $5 off right now!
My hair has gone through so many different lengths and styles lately, but this product really seems to keep up. I’m talking about Matt Clay. Previous to purchasing this product, I had always been drawn to the unique packaging. The product gives really strong hold, with a very pleasant minty smell.
I still can’t believe this last favorite exists. NatSweets of San Diego hand makes these beautiful cookies! I found them on Instagram and had to get my hands on ’em. See them below ft. my emoji pillows. (And check out her Instagram, the talent this girl possesses is insane.)
I really, really, really hope you all enjoyed my favorites from March! And I promise I’ll get better with timing/planning these posts.
I love you all so much, thanks so much for your constant support.
